Breaking Barriers: BlackStar Orbital Takes the Global Stage

BlackStar Orbital showcased its reusable SpaceDrone and SpaceBox technology at the I2A Expo in California, positioning itself as a leader in responsive, returnable space assets for defense and commercial sectors.

BlackStar Orbital participated in the I2A Expo Day: Space Innovation at THE BR-DGE in El Segundo, California, alongside aerospace and defense innovators. The company demonstrated how its SpaceDrone technology and SpaceBox program are transforming access to orbit through reusable systems.

The event served as a platform for connecting with government leaders and industry partners. BlackStar emphasized that "the age of disposable satellites is ending," positioning their reusable approach as a strategic advantage that accelerates timelines, expands capabilities, and reduces costs.

The company is expanding its visibility at New Worlds 2025 in Austin, Texas, where CEO Christopher Jannette and CMO Phil Loiacono will discuss how hypersonic, reusable satellite technology and democratized payload access are bridging gaps between defense and commercial space industries. The panel will highlight their proven SpaceBox Program, which operated successfully during Axiom 4.

BlackStar frames its mission as redefining space accessibility and responsiveness across national defense, scientific, entertainment, and commercial sectors.
